Little Bruiser

Well, my poor little man had his first big fall today. He is pulling himself up onto just about everything in sight! He walks along the couch, to the chair, to the table etc... Jess thinks he will be walking independently by the time he is 10 months old. Anyway, he had pulled himself up onto the chair and was walking to the table and he slipped on the hardwood floors. (Really wishing we had carpet right now!) He hit his head HARD on the leg of the table :( Poor baby. It swelled right up really fast and looks pretty nasty. Of course he wouldn't let me put ice on it for more than a few seconds. He didn't cry as long as I thought he would and he was quickly back to his normal happy self, except with a big battle wound on the front of his head! I had to take some pics of his first (and I'm sure not last) BIG bump on his head.
