Well, the picture says it all......my Mattie was home sick last week. She had a fever and sore throat for about three days. It didn't hit her as hard as some of the other kids in her class, thank God! There is only so much resting on the couch she could do so naturally she wanted to do a craft. She definitely has a gift in the creativity department! Since Valentine's day is coming up she thought she would make a Valentines wreath or decoration for her door. Behind the Valentine's sign she hung streamers with shiny red foil decorations on them. It turned out so cute!

She hung streamers, with the shiny red decorations taped to them, all throughout her room! She had some fun in there! Her room is officially ready for Valentines Day!We had so much fun! I LOVED having her home all to myself (while Dylan napped at least). She has grown up so fast and it's pretty rare that I get any alone time with her anymore! She is such a sweet girl! Can't wait for more alone time with my Mattie:)
