This morning around 7am we heard a big truck outside and thought....it's way too early for a school bus to be here... So I peeked out the window to see this: 
The truck we heard was a snow plow truck! The girls were awake so I called to them to look out of their windows. They were SO excited! While Mattie was getting ready in the bathroom this morning we heard her singing "Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer". She has already put up her own little Christmas tree in her room. Morgan put hers up today.
Mattie brought her snow pants to school today for recess. She had fun making snow angels and eating the snow at recess today. As soon as we got home from picking her up from school her and Morgan got all bundled up and went outside and played in the snow again!
The first snow of the year is always fun and so pretty too!
